In their three previous Super Bowl appearances, all also in Miami, the Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts have lost once in 1969 and won twice in 1971 and 2007. They’re also the first NFL team with another African-American head coach to lead them into another Super Bowl since Tony Dungy when they won it in 2007 against the Chicago Bears.
